Good Subscription Agency

Building a repeatable content system around complex ideas.

Good Subscription Agency has no shortage of expertise. The opportunity was turning it into content that was clear, consistent, and easy to produce on an ongoing basis.

The challenge

More videos wasn't the answer.

Subscription strategy, retention, cancel flows, pricing, customer experience, and growth can get complicated quickly. The goal was to simplify those ideas without watering them down, while making every video easy to understand and natural for Andriy to deliver.

Instead of starting from zero before every shoot, GSA needed a useful system for deciding which topics were worth covering, how they should be framed, and which format fit each idea.

The approach

Build formats that can be used again.

I organized the content around three repeatable areas: Subscription Fundamentals for practical education, Subscription Strategy for stronger opinions and reframes, and Case Studies for story-driven examples.

Each format had its own structure, giving Andriy a clear way to turn his expertise into content while keeping the overall library varied without feeling random.

The work

A system, not a pile of posts.

The project grew into a bank of 20 planned video scripts covering subscription strategy, customer experience, retention, pricing, cancel flows, and growth.

My role included content strategy, topic development, creative direction, scriptwriting, hooks, repeatable formats, production planning, and visual ideas for the finished videos. The scripts were written to feel natural on camera and clear to people outside the subscription world.

Short-form content

Built for the feed.

A selection of short-form content developed from the broader content strategy.

The outcome

A clearer answer to “What should we post next?”

The result was a repeatable content system rather than a collection of disconnected videos. GSA had a structured bank of topics, formats, and scripts ready to move into production.

It also gave Andriy a practical way to turn the knowledge he already had into consistent content without losing the depth behind the original ideas.
